Craftbaby, LLC, herein referred to as "Craftbaby."  DIY Picture Frame Sweepstakes herein referred to as "sweepstakes," "The Sweepstakes," or "promotion."

 

Entry: Entrants register for the sweepstakes with their name, email address, photos, some descriptive text, and hyperlinks.  No purchase necessary. A purchase does not increase your odds of winning.  Open to legal residents of the United States and District of Columbia only, age 18 or older at the time of entry.  Craftbaby sponsors, employees and employee family members are not eligible.  LIMIT: Only one (1) entry per household, per day.

 

Prizing: One winner will receive a $25 Michael's gift card after he or she has signed the appropriate waiver.  If a prizewinner is unable to fulfill prize requirements during a 48 hour time period or accept the prize, the winner forfeits the prize and no further compensation will be offered.  UNCLAIMED PRIZES WILL NOT BE AWARDED.  Craftbaby retains the right to conduct a new drawing and alternate winner.  Prizes are non-transferable and no substitutions are allowed except by Craftbaby, who reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if advertised Prize is unavailable.

 

Submissions: Photos become property of Craftbaby to use at our discretion.  Entrants may remove their entry and photos at any time by contacting us and putting in a request.  Please see our Privacy Policy for more information.  By entering the Photos, you represent and warrant that (a) the submitted photograph is an original work created solely by the entrant, (b) the photograph does not infrige on the copyrights, trademarks, moral rights, rights of privacy/publicity or intellectual property rights of any person or entity (c) no other party has any right, title, claim, or interest in the photograph (d) the submission has not previously been entered in any other contest, and (e) the submission has not been previously published in any medium. Any entry that is inappropriate, irrelevant, obscene or is otherwise contrary to the fair and proper play of this promotion, as deemed by Craftbaby, will be void and thus considered ineligible.

 

Our contest sponsor, Rock Candie, LLC, is not legally affiliated with this sweepstakes.  SPONSORS MAKE NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, AS REGARDS TO MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE REGARDING THE PRIZE.

 

In the event any portion of this sweepstakes is compromised by virus, bugs, hackers, non-authorized human intervention or other causes beyond the control of the Craftbaby, which, in the sole opinion of Craftbaby, corrupts or impairs the administration, security, fairness or proper play of the promotion, Craftbaby reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to suspend or terminate the promotion. Craftbaby reserves the right to suspend or terminate the promotion for any reason.

 

This sweepstakes is subject to all federal, state, and local laws. The sweepstakes and Official Rules are governed and interpreted by the laws of the State of Florida without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

 

Craftbaby reserves the right to modify any clause of these Official Rules at any time without prior notice.

 

Craftbaby is the operator of this sweepstakes and is solely responsible for the fulfillment of the prize.
